I'm renting a room in my spacious 4x2 house in Byford. The house is only 12 months old and is situated in a quiet private estate, which is just a couple of minutes from Tonkin HWY, a short drive from the local Coles and the local pub, and a short distance from Armadale and Cockburn. You will have your choice of 3 bedrooms, each has a built in robe, and can be furnished/unfurnished if required. You will also have your own bathroom and toilet. There will also be a spare room for you to use if you require the extra space. There is a large open plan living and dining area, a large kitchen with a walk in pantry, a theatre, and laundry. You will have access to a parking space in the garage for 1 car, and extra space on the drive way if required. Unfortunately at this time, I have not been able to put aircon in the house, however, the bedrooms are at the rear of the property and don't get the afternoon sun so they stay relatively cool during the day.
