We have a pretty nice sharehouse everyone is friendly with full time day jobs so week nights are pretty quiet as its not a party house although on the weekends theres usually something happening either going out or having drinks... Bills are about $60 per month in the summer and winter around $100 There's loads of room to drink and have bbqs we also have a fire pit in the backyard so thats pretty cool for those summer nights. Our lovely housemate will soon be moving out of our share house and we are looking for someone as lovely as her to take her place! The available room is a detached bungalow (3.3m x 2.8m) with a built-in wardrobe. We all keep a fairly busy schedule (study, work, sport and music) and each fend for ourselves when it comes to buying groceries and cooking meals.
