This granny flat is a bit unique as it is contained within our family home. You have your own kitchen, lounge, dining, bedroom and outdoor sitting area but you share the large main bathroom with 21 year old working daughter (has separate toilet) and we all use the laundry, pool and yard. If you’d like to bring your own bed that’s fine, or we have a double bed spare. The sofa converts to a bed for your guests. We are a short drive to the beach, walking distance to Lilli Pilli cafes and restaurants. We have a Border Collie dog in the yard and a rabbit.

Your room doesn’t have to have the bed shown in the pics...Also you can have whichever of the two empty rooms you want. The house is renovated with fresh carpet and paint. One of the two bathrooms is renovated and modern. The other has a nice 70s vibe to it. The kitchen is nice, bright and big with a dishwasher. There are two big living areas and two glass sliding doors to the back patio. Filling it with furniture slowly. Feel free to bring your own and we will find a spot for it. Lots of room for storage etc.

If the heat scares you? We have ICE-Cold reverse cycle AirCon in YOUR room, as well as downstairs and a BIG LED TV with Stan, Netflix AND Xbox for movies and Digital for the regular channels. There are two fridges so you don't need to fight for a single shelf like some share places ;) It's 10 minutes walk to the train station *which is 2 stops from Cronulla beach!) and 5 minutes walk to the public pool. There is even a secret tree-lined set of pathways linking to The Kingsway and excellent access if you're into cycling or want to burn off some killojoules :D It's a townhouse at the back of a small tree-filled complex, which makes it very quiet... There is space in the garage for a bike and you can stack some extra boxes against the wall if you need the extra storage but you have HEAPS in your room. You will be sharing the main bathroom with another girl (which has a bath, shower and vanity) - who is neat and tidy so we are looking for someone to be the same as it's a shared space for you both. Above all we have a drama-free and drug-free home! We're not party animals (well not in the house anyway hehe) and respect is THE biggest part of this great place. P.S. Sorry no dogs or cats allowed, landlord's rules but I'm sure budgies and fish would be possible, so Nemo should be welcome!! :)

Best thing about the property that it is on the waterfront with spectacular views from the verandah attached to the bedroom.
