Nestled up amongst the trees on the escarpment you get serenaded by the abundant birdlife while having only a 2 minute drive or short (but hilly) walk to the beach. Close to many fabulous cafes and restaurants and the live music scene of Thirroul and Bulli. No smokers, no heavy drinkers or drug use, and I don't have a TV but do have a cinema set up for the occasional movie or Netflix marathon.
