The House is close to the Medowie Shops, and there is a Cafe and a Gym closer than that. Smallish Kitchen. 2 door closet. Room isnt furnished per sey, but there are some spare things that could go in there untill you decide to put your own things in there. A mattress, a drawer, a little TV and a few little bits and bobs could go in there fine. The area is peaceful to a point, and the backyard is rather lush. Its a good spot to sit and read or what have you. Portable Air Con manages to do the house pretty well, and the laminate floors mean no noisy vacuums. Internet is slow, but it will manage Netflix and Stan No problem, as well as most online games. Parking in the Driveway is unfortunately the only way to park, as I need the one space garage for my own vehicle, a Motor Scooter. There is a bus stop very close by thatll easily take you to Raymond Terrace or the Air Port, or even in to Town.

Situated in Stockton, the only suburb of Newcastle on the northern side of the Hunter River. I have 2 bedrooms for rent for $120 per week or a granny flat on the lower level of the house for $170 per week. The granny flat has a kitchenette and its own bathroom. The house has a big backyard with a mango tree and a small veggie patch where I am currently growing pumpkins and passionfruit. Only a 2 minute walk from a 32km beach and a 5 min ferry ride into the centre of Newcastle. Takes about 15min to drive to Newcastle uni. I have a border collie, however, the lease only allows 1 dog to live here so unfortunately pets not allowed.
