The Townhouse is only 3 years old. It's a low maintenance property that's super close to everything you need. The house has ducted heating and cooling, unlimited Wifi, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living consisting of the lounge room, dining room and kitchen, a laundry, one carport space, a small front and back yard, and there's plenty of on street parking available. We have a big fridge and oven, along with all other amenities you would expect a home to have. Nice new home with mod cons. Northerly aspect (nice and warm) views from the verandah. Nice place quiet area and a quiet house. 4 bedrooms, of which two will be let and the third will be a spare in case family or friends wish to stay the night (or maybe they just had one too many the night before). So it's not too crowded. There are two living areas so you can have you own space. Just worked out how to use the gas heating and it works a charm, and there is an AC for the warmer months. The bedrooms are a nice size (about 3X3m) with built ins. The bathroom is modern, with separate toilet, and you would share this bathroom with one other. Foxtel Go is included connected and a cleaner comes in every fortnight. All included.
