There's an outdoor entertainment area, bbq, vege garden, great backyard, also with 2 small dogs (who love to be inside as well as outside). You will have the use of the main bathroom mostly to yourself, as we have our own ensuite.
It's a lovely house with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Lots of fruit trees, including year-round supply of lemons and limes! -great for Corona drinkers ;) I also have 6 chickens to provide a good supply of free-range eggs! Large pergola for entertaining.
This house is amazing!! There's 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and a great outdoor living area with plenty of space for entertaining or just laying around in the sun. The house is in the new Grand Lakes Estate in Lara, with the lakeland, Millars cafe and walking trail a less-than two minute walk from the house. It's a very safe and friendly area with mostly young families living in the neighbouring houses. House also features central heating/cooling, Foxtel, wifi, and is entirely furnished already (with the exception of the room for rent). Hi there potential future housemate! My name is Lisa, and I have two rooms available. Firstly I’ll talk about the rooms, and the house, then I’ll tell you a little bit about me! Females only sorry. First off you must like or be okay with pets! I might be open to another animal in the house if you have your own pet… Both rooms are about the same size (approximately 3m x 3m) and both come with built-in wardrobes. These bedrooms both share a large bathroom, with a separate toilet. The rooms each have windows that open up with fly screens, so you can open the window for fresh air and a bit of a breeze! Both of these rooms can come furnished with a couch that folds out into a bed, with a table and bookcase and possibly a small tv that I might have spare. While, if you have your own furniture, I am happy to empty the room out, so you can fill it with your own belongings! The house is very modern, featuring tiled floors for the main living room, kitchen, dining area and bathrooms, with carpet in the bedrooms. Makes cleaning so much easier! There is also a dishwasher, thank god! If you like cooking, the stove and oven is quite few and very spacious, there is also heaps of pantry and fridge space. There is ducted heating and cooling throughout the whole house too. There is a small courtyard, large living room and open plan dining and kitchen area. I am looking for two housemates, however keep in mind if I cannot find the third addition to the house, the other room available can be used as your personal living room or study area. The house is a 2min drive from the station, or a 10min bus ride. Train ride is approximately 45 minutes to the city. Werribee plaza is close by, as well as freeway access, main shopping strip, Coles, Maccas, plenty of take out places, like pizza, fish and chips, asian, indian. If you don’t know the area, there is river, beach, lots of cafes, a winery, pubs and a nightclub too for the younger crowds.

It's a reasonably new house with a decent back yard and out door entertaining area it's close the the Geelong ring road so it's easy access to get out of Geelong to Melbourne or down to Deakin uni. The house is very laid back and all reasonably your paid and has a very laid back vibe.
