The house is very large and quiet. There are TV and airconditoner in the living room. and all rooms have heater and fan. The house is close to sutherland train station ( 12 mintues) and Kirrawee train station (7 mintues) ( these time to train station by walking along the short cut walking track) and a local shopping center with coles, Aldi and resterants (around 10 mintues). It's also a walking distance to go bank and post office. Anything you need daily is close by. Mostly of bills ( elctricty, water and internet ) are included but there will be $10 extra electricty bill each week in Jun, Jul and Aug.
The property is a spacious three-bedroom; three story townhouse with lots of natural light. Ground floor: - Open plan kitchen/dining & living area with a separate room for the laundry/toilet and a small balcony area - Other highlights on this floor include; a dishwasher, gas cooktops, a wardrobe to hang jackets and place shoes and a cabinet for glassware and extra storage. Second floor: - Second, larger living area, my bedroom (including en-suit) and second balcony area - Highlight on this floor would be the comfy corner couch which is be great to lie on after a long day - We also have a projector that I scored second hand that’s great for movie nights Third floor: - Two bedrooms (one of which would be yours), a third balcony area and a bathroom. - Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and are roomy without being huge - Bathroom has separate shower and bath and would pretty much be solely used by you and our other housemate Nic - I do occasionally sneak upstairs to use the bath but otherwise I try not to go upstairs Garage: - The property also has a garage area with two car spots allocated to us and a fairly roomy storage cage where we can all keep some extra bits and pieces. - I don’t have a car at the moment so one of the car spots would be yours if wanted. We also have air conditioning in the house but in regards to both cost and the environment I’ll ask to you to try and minimise how much we use this. Although on the super hot days/nights this may be a bit of a blessing. Location: - The property is located on a quite street and super close (~5 minutes) to Sutherland Station - For anyone unfamiliar with Sutherland it is a lovely and convinent place to live. Along with a Coles, IGA, fruit shop and butcher; it also has plenty of restaurants, gyms, a library, a community swimming pool, a couple of opp shops and a couple of pubs all within a short walking distance from the property. - Additionally there is a farmers market held every Saturday and frequent, direct trains running to a variety of locations (City, Bondi junction, Hurstville, Cronulla, Wollongong, Heathcote ect) - As Sutherland is located near the National Park, it also has plenty of trees around which adds a lot to the feel of the suburb
We have a lovely room available in our three bedroom house. The room has floorboards as well as a large built in mirrored wardrobe. It is situated at the back of the house. The property has a shared bathroom, a lovely kitchen and an internal laundry as well as a huge backyard. We have internet access as well as Netflix on the lounge room Tv. You must be an animal lover as we have two strictly indoor cats, as well as two dogs, all animals are lovely however the house would not suit someone who has allergies. House is exceptionally central, close to shops and the train station as well as bus stops. We would love someone responsible, respectful, clean, tidy, easygoing and someone who loves to have a laugh, as we are both friendly and relaxed. We also need someone who is working and able to pay rent and bills on time. Hope to hear from you soon :)
The unit is less than a 10 minute walk from the train station and shops. There is airconditioning/heating in the unit, a large balcony with a nice view and a very nice saltwater/chlorine swimming pool. Everything required for comfortable living.
