It is very close to university and it has good access to all amenities. Very independent space , non demanding. Open living areas and private bedroom spaces. Large generous garden with established trees and plants. It is an older house so has some quirks which I will attempt to have sorted as soon as possible. As I have only just moved myself I have some refinement still to do. If you can handle the transition then this generous space will work well for you.

Pets ok subject to the landlord's approval. Dogs preferred as I have a dog already, he's really friendly but hasn't spent much time with cats. It's a private rental, our landlords are great to deal with and they'll get the final say on who moves in.
