The apartment is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with an internal laundry that is less than a year old. Its a 5 minute walk to Sutherland station so super convenient! Both bedrooms are similar size, have huge built in robes and access to the balcony. Everything is really nice and brand new and is fully furnished except the bedroom. The rent is $300 per week which includes full use of the main bathroom all to yourself and full access to the car spot in the garage. Bills will be split evenly but are really minimal.

Nice 2 storey double brick house that includes a pool, air conditioning, fire place, a bar, games room, decent backyard, home gym, very friendly community and is only a 2 minute walk to the Georges river. We do have a dog so you would have to be ok with that. Plenty of street parking but if you need secure parking we do have a double garage so we can negotiate that.
Our townhouse is located a 10 minute walk from Sutherland station. Express trains to the city only take about 30 minutes, and Cronulla beach is a quick 15 min train ride away. Our spare bedroom has a good size built in wardrobe and can come either furnished or we are happy for you bring your own furniture. We are looking at adopting a dog so, while we will make sure they don't bother you, you definitely must love animals! (We are not, however; looking for someone who will bring in their own pet)
We have a very modern furnished bedroom available in Illawong. The area is a perfect location for public transport, Coles, gym, Doctor's, Dry Cleaner, Hairdresser as well as restaurants all available at your doorstep. The room is ideal for a single person or couple with your own bathroom located across from the bedroom which also has a bath. The bedroom also leads onto a shared balcony. The apartment itself is fully furnished. The bedroom has a TV bracket on the wall if you would like to place your own TV on it. The room also has a Fan installed on the roof to keep you cool during the hot summer temperatures. There is on street parking as well as visitor car spots available on the lower ground which can be purchased for $25 per week. There is a bus stop across the road which will take you to the closest station being Padstow or Sutherland, if you do not have a vehicle. Bills are on top of the rent but we would be splitting them 3 or 4 ways dependant on whether we have a single person or couple living with us. Rent would need to be paid fortnightly.

I'm very busy with work and hobbies, so when I'm home I'm usually cooking or relaxing in front of the TV. On the quieter end of the spectrum myself and I like to keep the place tidy. The apartment is fully furnished, but you will just need to furnish the room. The room is 2.8x2.8 (not including the built in wardrobe which is an additional 65cm deep and 1.9m long with shelves, drawers and hanging rods). The complex has 8 spaces in its visitor parking and there are usually free spots. Otherwise, there is always lots of street parking. Bills came to approximately $20-$25 a person per week last year (internet, gas, electricity, water). I have two pet guinea pigs. They live in the laundry and are very cute, friendly, quiet and clean.
