About the place: This 2 bedroom unit is near Sutherland train station (3 minute walk) and very near to the shops for all your needs and caffeine hit...The trains cannot be heard in the flat. The room is good sized, however has no built-in wardrobe. The room will be unfurnished. The kitchen, toilets and floorboards are newly installed in May 2015. No pets are allowed. My lease also does not allow smoking in the unit. There is a good sized balcony which is used to hang laundry but also has a set of outdoor furniture. It is covered hence there is no fear of the wet weather. 5 minutes from Sutherland station, 2 minutes from Sutherland centre. This is a high corner unit in a nice block and its private - can’t see into any other neighbours windows from the balconies... The room in partly furnished with queen size bed and dresser/draws but doesn’t have a wardrobe so would suit a traveller/ backpacker who doesn't plan on accumulating too much. Couples welcome, however rent will increase to $290 per week.
My flat is in the heart of Sutherland. 3 mins walk to the station. Supermarket is across the road. Royal National Park is about 10 mins away. Rent includes all bills (including Wifi). The flat is furnished, with the exception of the bedroom for rent. My building also has a gym, heated swimming pool, spa and sauna for private use of the residents. I have Wifi, which is surely the most important thing ;)
The room is spacial with build-in wardrobe, but otherwise unfinished. The apartment is about 3 min walk from the Sutherland Leisure Center, and the Sutherland train station is about 5-7 min walk. As regards the rules, I guess I just want the common areas to be tidy and reasonably clean.
The house is right on the river-side so it is an awesome location for walks and relaxing outdoors and a short drive to the main shopping areas and the M5 to the city (30 mins to Sydney). The house includes a large living space, a home gym, mini golf & an outdoor patio so there is plenty to keep your mind and body active and loads of space to chill out as well! Water and electricity and Internet are all paid for by me so all you will have to worry about is your rent!
