Room with an ensuite bathroom available for rent in Kingston from January 2018. The room is in a 3 bed 3 bath townhouse with 2 parking spots. The house is fully furnished, though the room available for rent does not have a bed. The room is large with a massive walk in wardrobe and an attached balcony which has views of Mt. Wellington and Kingston Beach. The ensuite has a shower, toilet and a sink with ample storage. The tenant will have full excess to the kitchen with compartments for storage, as well as access to the laundry and the store room. The third room and bath is usually kept empty for visiting friends and family. The new tenant will be joining the lease and will have to be approved by the land lord and the real estate agency taking care of the property. The lease ends in early July 2018.
