We live upstairs and rent out the downstairs area which is completely separate, you will even have your own driveway and entrance as we have dual street access. Downstairs we have two large bedrooms, kitchen and living area, laundry, deck and bathroom. You will be sharing with one Female who works and studies. You can choose whether you want your bedroom furnished or not. The bedrooms also have built in cupboards. Price includes everything, internet, electricity etc.

The location is meters from the water and the park is directly across the road, train is 6 min walk and it 20 mins to the city on the train. Close to shops. Always lots happening on the weekends down by the Wynnum Manly water front. I love to keep a clean home, and am always looking at ways to make this beautiful town house even more homely. As the property is located close to the water, I get great breezes and lovely views.
The location of this towns house is great, it's 200 meters to the water, and a 7 min walk to the railway with a 20 minutes ride into the city. Lots of parks and the waterfront to walk, run or juts sit. (Dog park just around the corner) This is a very loved home and people tell me how lovely it is. Iam a clean freak so it nice and clean.
2 minute walk to The Esplanade Wading Pool, bus & cafes. 5 minute walk to Wynnum shopping center. Ideal location for cycling along shoreline of Moreton Bay Pleasant & quiet location. One bedroom available in my house at Wynnum. It's a 3 bedroom house, I'm a 26 year old female, I work full time for the government, myself and my partner live in the main bedroom. It's $145 per week including all bills, you also have your own bathroom. The room is decent sized, 3x3 plus a decent sized wardrobe. The house was only built about 4 years ago, so everything is brand new. About 200 meters away from Wynnum north train station, so super easy to get into the city. The rent includes all bills, 200gb of cable internet, electricity and gas. House is less than 5 minutes away from shops. We would prefer females, non- smokers. Are open to couples, it would be $220 per week, which would also then include all bills. We have a little cavalier x Maltese puppy called Ralph, he is the best. So if you have a pet, we may need to introduce them first to make sure they get along. We have a BBQ and spa out the back. We're a quiet house, and we're looking for quiet people. I am a 50 year old female with 2 spoiled rotten cats. If that doesn't frighten you off read on!......I have a fully furnished room available with a queen sized bed, bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe, small cupboard, ceiling fan, TV aerial point and air conditioning. The ensuite is dated but functional and also has air con for those cold mornings and there is a small room at the back of the house for your use which looks over the back garden and includes a sofa, desk and chair, TV aerial point, extra storage space, ceiling fan and air con. The ducted air con is throughout the house and there is good security with crimsafe screens. Street parking only but plenty of it. House is very close to Wynnum Station so if you think train noise would bother you this might not be a good fit for you but it is great being so close to the station for commuting to the city. There is also a bus stop about a 3 minute walk away. Shops and esplanade an easy walk. I am looking to share with a non-smoking female. I work full time and lead a pretty quiet life. I am happy to share the lounge and watch TV, movies and have a chat etc but also understand if you prefer to keep to yourself. My cats rule the roost around here and have the run of the house, so YOU MUST BE CAT FRIENDLY. This house is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property. A few streets back from the Wynnum waterfront. There is plenty of parking off street and also on the street being in a quiet coldasack. Rent is super cheap for the area and what you get and the property is in great condition. A whole lot of food options and Westfield Carindale only being 10min drive. A perfect pet friendly little home with an awesome roomie!
Our house is a cute little older style home that's been semi renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom.. the room features a very larger built in robe with shelves draws and hanging space and a ceiling fan with enough room to comfortably fit a queen size bed and some furnishings :) and is key lockable..
