I have my own front bedroom, bathroom and living area which is just for my use only. The back of the house is communal and has a joined kitchen, lounge and dining area. Nice backyard area. You would share the bathroom with one other person. I'm going to put the house up for sale so I'd give you at least a month notice when it sells.
