Come live with me in my beach flat! The location is super convenient: 50m to the beach, 7 min walk to the ferry, and in the center of Manly. Our neighbors are very friendly and social and there is minimal street noise. The flat is fully furnished except for the open bedroom. The open-plan living room is perfect for relaxing and watching the ocean or entertaining guests; we have a projector and a large drop-down screen for movie nights :). The balcony has two planters I built, filled with edible plants (tomatoes, lemons, limes, capsicum, corn, etc) and a hammock. The kitchen is awesome if you like to cook - chef's grade pots, pans, knives and appliances, an induction stove top, a dishwasher, and lots of counter space. The bathroom has plenty of cabinet space and a washer and dryer, and the bedrooms have generous closets. Every room has a view of the ocean :). The additional bills are just our electricity bill ($150-300 per quarter year) and a fortnightly cleaner ($80 per fortnight). For a couple, the weekly rent would be somewhere between $600-650 and the bills would be split 3 ways among us.

Hi everyone. My flatmates decided to get pregnant and buy a house... sad, but all three are moving out and I am taking over the lease. I have a 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Manly, across from Sunset Sabi or less than a minute walk to the surf beach, less than a 5 minute walk to the ferrys & corso. Two rooms available and both are big, huge considering the size of rooms in manly. the Front room is available April 1st and is furnished, has hard wood floors and is a bit smaller. The back room is available April 18th and is carpeted and next to the bathroom (also big) which will be shared. The place is very secure with direct lift access to our floor. There is also a balcony where I do BBQs and hang out for beers from time to time. About me, I am 28 and working full time in the City. I like to keep a clean place and definitely respectful of people's things. I am active - into surfing, swimming, beach and other activities when i am not at work. I wouldnt call it a party house, but I do go out with friends on the weekend and would not be looking for shut ins, but rather someone like minded.
