Our flat is awesome, we are travelling for 4 months so we are looking for a couple or 2 friends to share our room whilst we are away. Room is massive with KING bed (brand new mattress) own en-suite bathroom and own balcony, TV and Foxtel in your room so it's great for couples privacy. The living room is also huge with leather couches 50" tv, foxtel, unlimited internet etc. There is a dining room which seats 6 and also a firther breakfast table on the indoor balcony overlooking Manly beach from one side and Manly wharf and the city from the other. We have a great outdoor balcony with a little herb garden, seats and a bbq. Kitchen is smallish but has everything you want and you even get a fridge freezer just for you guys! The flat is just mins from the beach and ferry but also very quiet and peaceful. The flat is definitely a haven and is suited for a couple who want a home not a party house. We share cleaning and are friendly people who know how to live well with others.

We have an amazing 5 bedroom townhouse in Manly and are looking for one more person to share it with us. It is 3 minutes' walk from the ferry wharf and 5-10 minutes down the Corso to the main beach. We have been here for 2 happy years but sadly one of our current housemates is moving out shortly. The room is available from Saturday 10th February and is available for viewing from this weekend (20th/21st January). The townhouse has 5 double bedrooms all on the first floor. The room available is a good-sized double room that easily fits a double / queen bed. There is a built in recessed robe, and we can provide the room furnished with bed (and mattress) and a second, larger robe if required. Equally, if you have your own stuff to bring, that's no problem. Although it's a double room, we are looking for only one housemate as we don't want the house to feel too busy. The main living area is huge. Modern open plan kitchen with breakfast island, open to the large living / dining area, with large glazed sliding doors out on to the main entertaining balcony with BBQ, all with views out to the ocean. There are two bathrooms: one with shower and washing machine, and the other has a bath with shower over. There is one additional spare bedroom with sofa bed for guests (for use by all housemates' friends / family), which we also use as a TV room. There is also a rumpus room on the ground floor, which we use mainly for drying laundry, but is also useful for if people have friends round when others are trying to sleep. It opens on to a lovely rear courtyard. There is a garage, which is used to store surf boards, bikes, kayaks etc.; so perfect for someone who has any outdoor stuff they need a home for. It's not big enough for this plus a car, so parking is on street. Bills are included in the rent (electric, gas, broadband internet). Please note, the photos are the estate agent's photos; we will try to take some of our own at the weekend to show the place with our own furniture.
