Good news, we have a room that is up for grabs in our Manly beach flat! About the flat - Its a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat right on Manly beach (which was recently named the best beach in Australia!). It has a massive living room with a black leather couch, 60" TV, large garden with a hammock, hot tub, BBQ grill, wifi, internal laundry (washer & dryer) , dishwasher, etc... The room for rent has a large built in wardrobe with mirrors and can fit a queen size bed.
Beautiful, light, spacious, nicely styled living and dining area. Large back yard and heaps of wildlife. Peaceful and quiet, walking distance to Shelly Beach, Collins Flat and Manly. Plenty of space for parking. Kitchen is well equipped. Chilled out and professional housemates. Great place to live if you enjoy an active lifestyle.
Great location! Even better room! The featured photo here shows the entrance to the guest room from a private garden courtyard. My Italianate terrace house is located in the heart of magnificent Manly so the surf, Sydney Harbour and town centre are just a short flat walk away. The cost/week for this quiet, spacious and cosy room with ensuite garden courtyard is $450/w for a single occupant or $550/w for a couple. My housemates have their own living area and, like the sunny courtyard, both the bathroom and kitchen conveniently adjoin their room. My housemates also have their own entry to the property via the laneway located at the rear of the premises so they can come and go from their room in complete privacy.
The apartment has ocean views and a large balcony. It's fully furnished and the spare room has a bed and a large mirrored wardrobe. There is internet available and a washing machine too. Awesome location with a 30 second walk from Manly Beach! 4 minutes walk from the wharf. The apartment is located next to Hemingway’s (if you are local) and a few meters walk to the Hotel Steyne. I have been living in this apartment for over a year and I have always treated this place as my own home. Just to take into account, it took me a lot of effort (time and Money) to set the place as it looks in the pictures (the furniture is mine). I am really looking for someone who looks after the place and want to make it his/her own home. If you are a surfer and/or a volleyball player (I love both things) I have a volleyball Net and 2 surf boards that I can share :). I also have bought an espresso machine, so if you are a coffee lover (as I am) this is your lucky day. The flat is located 10 min walking distance from Manly Corso. It is up on a hill, so from the terrace you have a beautiful view of the area and some beach. You will have a private room and share bathroom with Rebecca. The apartment is fully furnished and kept clean - you can keep furnitures in your room or not, up to you. The standard is good, not newly renovated, but nice and open. A lot of light shines through the big terrace windows and you are able to get an outdoor/indoor feeling in the living room.

New carpet on the floor since 10 months and the room includes two wardrobes. At least 4-5m2 space for luggage and other stuff that you might bring. Hanging clothing rack available for your clothing. Bed lights and bed side little cardboards at both sides of the queen bed. Good strong mattress with quality top mattress on it. Lots of windows for fresh sea breeze. So far no air conditioning needed. 2.Sunny private Sunroom- room attached to the living room. Good probably for 1 person.It is smaller room with the curtains(no door) but so far no problem for anyone at all). There is a bed table and a closets hanger. It is my favorite part in the flat. The best ocean view. From the living room and kitchen there is an ocean view to manly beach. 2min on the manly beach, 5 min to Shelly beach and 7 min to Wharf. During your stay there is going to be max 5 people but probably just 4. We never had a problem with one bathroom even when we are at 5
