The apartment is on The Corso in Manly, opposite Manly Beach. It has a large living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. The room is large currently with a queen bed, drawers, waldrobe and small tables which can all be moved out if you prefer your own things.
We have an amazing, bright and spacious bedroom available for rent in our shared house in Manly with 3 awesome housemates! The room is currently furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables, a desk and standalone wardrobe, but we can also clear it out if you prefer. The house is a beautifully renovated Federation brick building with high ceilings throughout, ornate fireplaces, wooden floors in the common areas as well as a fresh, modern kitchen and bathrooms. There's also a terrace out the front and a garden out the back which is perfect for a BBQ or to relax with a morning coffee. The room available is the largest in the house, with windows overlooking the front patio, the main bathroom will be shared with just one other person. It's a perfect location in Manly, just a short walk to the wharf, Manly Beach, or The Corso which has some great restaurants and bars. Only two streets from The Office which is great for a few sunset beers, and Fair Bower which is the ideal spot to jump in for a snorkel or swim/walk down to Shelley Beach - both within a quick 3 minute walk. This flat is amazing, not only is the location one of the best but it's pretty well taken care of given it hasn't been remodeled. It has a lovely beach-home vibe. It's on the ground level but on a side street that it's frequently trafficked and this bedroom is in the back of the flat so extra quiet. It's a 7 minute walk from front door to being on the ferry so commuting is really easy. Close to Coles, the Corso and the Harbour and a short walk to the beach side. How good is that? The room fits a queen size bed, wardrobe, and dresser comfortably... with room for activities, but *please no couples*. The tables in the lounge will not be staying - if you have furniture happy to use it or I will pick up replacement options. Move in date can be flexible as my current flatmate is sadly leaving to move in with her partner. Lease ends in December so would like someone to stay through then and if it's vibing and we can resign, let's do it.

Living between the Office (manly east esplanade / wharf side beach) and manly beach. Walk out of the building and the Office is just 50m away to hang out at, have some social beers with friends or relax at the beach and swim. Manly beach is a couple hundred metres to the right, where we go surfing or snorkelling. We also live a couple minutes from Coles and all the other bars and restaurants in manly. Wharfie is our go-to pub for a just a cheeky one. Although right in manly, it feels like it’s kind of outside the really busy parts - more in the suburban side of manly north head. Heaps of good outdoor activities like bush walking (eg manly to spit bush walk), snorkelling at Shelley beach, surfing manly or the point. All of which we get around (especially in the summer time). The flat has everything you need to live in. Fully furnished kitchen, living room with a 50’ TV with different video games installed such as PS4, XBox 1 and NINTENDO 64. Big dining table with 6 chairs, BBQ in the balcony, garage with also some spare surfboards. We are flexible with the rent and also bond.
