The flat is located on the esplanade in Manly and has an amazing view on the harbour. It is 3 minutes walk from the ferry to the city and from the main beach. It has a large balcony with a barbecue and a chill vibe :-) The room has a large wardrobe, and fits a double bed with extra space for other furnitures.

It’s literally 2 mins to the beach and a brisk 4min walk to the ferry, 500m to the shops, cafe two doors down, supermarket, and yoga across the road and there is a 24hr gym two doors down. We chose this place so we could live the healthy beach lifestyle and to embrace the things and places Manly has to offer. NOTE: we are closer to Manly centre than what the map shows!! There is also a storage room downstairs (3m by 3.5m)...where we store our surfboards and bikes, amongst other things if need be. There is a large balcony 11.7m by 2.7m which gets the sun from midday til sunset. We have BBQ and outdoor setting with our plants which we try to keep alive (!). The lounge and dinning are is large and spacious. It's in a quiet location as the apartment is not road facing and it is at the back of the complex. We have an on street residents parking permit. We love our home! Our home is ideally located close to the heart of Manly (near Manly oval), full of character and light and airy. It's comfortable in summer and winter, with heating/air conditioning throughout! It has been extensively renovated to make the most of its beachside location and our indoor/outdoor lifestyle. 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, large and airy gas kitchen/dining room and 2 bathrooms, with a front porch and garden with BBQ and outdoor setting on the covered deck. Floor boards downstairs and carpeted upstairs. It's a gorgeous characterful home! There is always parking available just outside, and you will have a parking permit - or there is room for a bike to be stored securely out the back! Our house is on a quiet residential street with a convenience store opposite. Just 10mins walking distance to Manly town and the ferry. Free local Manly bus service is on the corner which drops you into Manly if you're feeling lazy! 3 minutes walk to Sydney Road which has regular express buses to city, Warringah Mall, North Sydney, Frenchs Forest, Chatswood etc. We absolutely love living here and hopefully so will our new flatmate. We have had several flatmates who have always been very happy and chosen to stay long term with us. This room is downstairs (room BEDROOM 3 in the diagram attached). It has a good quality double bed and a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bookcase. You will have exclusive use of the downstairs bathroom in the mornings and at most other times, as we use the upstairs ensuite, (we do require access to the downstairs loo and the occasional bath!). We have a 2 year old little boy who is generally lots of fun and tends to entertain more than he will annoy! Don’t worry, he always sleeps through the night! We have a cat too who mainly lives outdoors but is always up for a pat. In the week it's just cooking a meal before we crash out watching tv then an early night. Pretty boring really but means our home is a bit of a haven. Happy to have a chat at the end of the day and share a glass of wine. On street parking permit included.
