This is an amazing, spacious apartment in a great location (only 2 minute walk to Supabarn / Kingston shops and 5minute walk to the Foreshore). It is very open apartment with three large balconies which makes it feel even bigger. There is always parking on the street and water bills are included in the rent. It is fully furnished as well :) The room for rent is pretty darn big with huge cupboard space and has a shared balcony with another housemate! We are looking for someone to move in short term (Early January - February 13th) when our lease is up. However, this is definitely potential for the lease to be extended.
