Well, where to start. First of all, your room mates to be, are top-notch. We are all very laid back, love to game, hang-out and fill our weekends with various activities. We are all organised, clean, tidy but not over the top. We are all working and studying. The house itself, is large, in a great location and on a very quiet street. It is close to public transport, shops and most importantly, K-Mart. There is a very large family room which we have set up for a gaming/TV/sports room. The room you are moving into has spacious built-in wardrobes. There is enough room for a queen bed and a desk. If you are studying, we also have a study set up with enough room for 3 concurrent studying students. We have a large garage, back yard and driveway can fit over 4 cars easily. Internet is cable broadband with Telstra, it comes to $30 a month each. Electricity and water are on top of bills. Ideally, we would be looking for a young (20-30 max) male. This is because the other housemates are all boys, and we think it would be best for house congruity to have and all male household. We need someone who is cool, open-minded, tidy, clean and willing to have fun and hang-out with us. The home is about 15 mins walking distance to UniSA, Magill campus and about 25 mins from the City in off-peak times. The H30 bus feeds directly into North Terrace from Magill Road which also makes access to Adelaide Uni/UniSA City East campus very easy. It’s a very comfortable non-smoking home with many inclusions and is set up similar to homestay style accommodation but without food supplied.
