An established veggie garden is booming with delicious freshness that we cannot possibly eat by ourselves! 've just signed a lease for a 2 bedroom spacious apartment in Lindisfarne, it's at 5/76 East Derwent Highway so now i'm on the search for a housemate. The rent would be $250 (negotiable) a week bills, White goods are included. The Lease is for 6 months but it can easily be extended. Also there is Bond, its $1000 which ideally would be split. I take the place from somewhere between the 8th and 15th of June, this is depending on the landlords but exact date will be known shortly. i've said it's furnished in the ad but the bedroom is not furnished, this just means that i have couches, TV unit, rug and dining table so to avoid doubleing up i've said furnished. I work a Full Time Job so i'm after someone similar, but really i just need someone who can pay on time! Regarding bills the Landlord will cover some of the water cost (we pay anything over $80) plus I have unlimited internet that I will transfer to the new place. Carparking, there is one garage space, great for tools and 1 car, there is also a visitors car park and off street parking max of 50 metres down the road. also I have a car (so we'll fight to the death for the garage space haha) but also there is a bus stop 50 metres down the road to and the bus into the city is every 10 minutes! I've attached photos of the place, there are 2 bathrooms, massive plus! and the second bedroom easily fits a queen bed and desk, plus has built in cupboards.
