We have a room for rent in a large old house. The house was built sometime in the 1920's it is old and a little rough around the edges but has a very homey feel. Located on a quiet family orientated street just off Magill rd close to restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. Also in very close vicinity to the Norwood parade. The house currently consist of 2 females and 1 male in our mid-late 20’s. We are all hard working busy individuals and would be looking for like minded person. We do not want a party house but are not opposed to a few quiet drinks here and there. We have a beautiful Labrador (who is super friendly) and a cat who is in and out, so you must love animals- at this point we do not want anymore pets. The room is large, high ceilings and has carpet. The house is fully furnished aside from the available room. Rent is $113 per week. Rent is paid fortnightly. Bond is $560 Bills are split evenly between the housemates- so we all need to be considerate of each other when using utilities. We have a 500GB wifi allowance which is $15 per month each. To arrange a viewing of the room please text or email only (as I am unable to answer my phone at work) Looking forward to hearing from you all :)
A charming 3 bedroom home in the heart of Norwood. Is a 5 min walk to the parade and 2 mins to Magil road. Large room with adjoining study, which is currently used as walk-in robe. Robe furnishings can be kept by new room owner if desired. There is unlimited internet ($25 per month), adjustable reverse cycle aircon and heating to the room, 2 bathrooms, undercover off street parking available. All household furnishings are great and provided, only bedroom will be required. Have loved living in the spot is really a great space, I am moving interstate and have to unfortunately leave this great spot. Lease runs until end of Jan so would be required in the room until then. There may be the option to put forward for a spot on the future lease. Bills paid atop rent.
Amazing location just off the Parade! House is in a quiet group of three. Good size bedroom. One large living area with massive couch and TV. Decent size backyard with bbq and outdoor setting. Fully furnished house (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher) apart from the available bedroom.
Must love dogs. Two gorgeous house trained loveable dogs come with this delightful Townhouse. Clean and cozy, this is the perfect location for someone looking to live in Norwood, with a multitude of fine restaurants, cafes, pubs, supermarkets, retail shops, Norwood football oval, gyms and even a cinema all within easy walking distance of the residence. The townhouse is located halfway between Bus stop 8 and 9 on Norwood Parade. There are regular buses which take approx. ten minutes to the CBD. Or as recently recommended by the Adelaide City Council take your pushbike or walk into town, the GPO in Victoria Square is less than 5 kilometres from our front door.. The downstairs features a lovely open plan living area with a dining area, which opens onto a courtyard garden with outdoor furniture and bbq area. The kitchen comes with gas cooking and dishwasher. All bills included - gas, electricity, internet. Easy walking distance to The Parade and Magill Road shops, close to the CBD. I'm generally only home 1-2 nights a week, so you would have the house to yourself most of the time. (Especially on weekends) The home is basic but comfortable and affordable. Location is the main feature here. $195 per week without cleaner, or $240 with cleaner weekly to do surfaces. Also negotiable is internet which could make it cheaper. Please message me to discuss. Thanks.
Close to Burnside Village Shopping Centre, I have one large furnished room available in a lovely 3 bedroom art deco house with high ceilings. Quality furniture includes King Single bed, wardrobe, bookshelves and desk. You would have your own bathroom. Use of kitchen and laundry. Linen provided at no additional cost. Close to public transport: 15 mins to city by bus 20 mins by bike. Coles supermarket across the road. Close proximity take-away, Trak cinema and Burnside library. Prefer female. Sorry no couples Morning sunshine on the patio includes wireless broadband and utilities and use of a bicycle if necessary. Sooki puss lives here too so you have to like cats. This is not a party house. I am an older woman, described by one of my co-tennants as her "cool aunt" I promise not to mother you but up for a chat over wine or a cuppa anytime you need one.
Large family home in the Eastern suburbs within easy access to the city. We have four large bedrooms and large family bathroom only used by one family member - 17 year old daughter who is in last year of school. We have a large rear garden, full air-conditioning and lots of off-road parking. Public transport is reliable and the bus stop is only fifty meters from the house. There is free unlimited WiFi included together with separate TV (with Netflix). We also have two Chocolate Burmese cats so I am sorry but cannot accept other pets. It's a great house to live in and a lovely relaxing suburb with access to parks, tennis courts, shops - Burnside Village is a five minute drive, and Erindale shops a two minute walk.
Hi! I am looking to find a new housemate as my current housemate is moving interstate near the end of November. Hoping to find someone who is easy going, clean and tidy, and doesn’t mind occasionally chilling out together at home. 1 room available in a 2 bedroom unit located in leafy Hazelwood Park. 5 min drive to Burnside Village, 10 mins to Norwood, and 20 mins to the City centre. Bus stop locate just outside for easy commute on the 147 Bus. Your share of rent is $295 per fortnight ($147.50 per week) (not including bills) and you will need to be added to the real estate lease agreement. PLEASE NOTE: BOND IS 6 WEEKS RENT (there was no option in the tab for this) As my housemate is taking all the current furniture and appliances, I will be replacing with brand new items.
We have one room available in our beautiful share house in Dulwich. The house is 5 mins from the City, Norwood and Burnside and one street away from Public Transport, The Dulwich Bakery, IGA and other boutiques/shops. The house is a beautiful bungalow, with a big garden and side driveway that can fit 3 cars. All rooms are of generous proportions with high ceilings, large windows and ceiling fans. We do have 2 chickens but unfortunately we can't have any more pets and it is a no smoking house. No couples (because it would be too cramped with four people). Rent is $333.34 fortnightly, plus bills (internet, water, gas and electricity). Bond is $1,200. If you are interested please send us an email with some details about yourself and when you are available to move in. We look forward to hearing from you!
