The home ( in a Cal de sac ) is in a great spot on the Southern River Reserve, is about 250 / 300 meters from Warton & Spencer Roads. There 2 rooms, a single, and a double. Both are furnished with built in wardrobes. The double also has a Tv. The Domestic and International Airports are a 20 minute drive. A bus stop is 100m from the home, which takes you to all local train stations. From the train stations to city centre, is a 22minute ride. Also shops, gyms and a Medical centre all within easy walking distant. There walking and cycling tracks at the end of the Cal de sac. Its a very safe, relaxing and quiet area next to the reserve, which makes for great out door living ( BBQ etc ), and you can enjoy your morning toast and coffee with all the bird life that frequent the area. Freshly painted walls. Fresh carpet. Newly developed house. Everything inside is relatively new in condition. I have a washing machine for clothes, a large 2 door fridge/ freezer and have a nice dining area set up. The rooms are unfurnished but are spacious and all include fans and wardrobes/ mirrors. The house has aircon for when it gets very hot however the house stays reasonable cool throughout. There's IINET ADSL2 500GB set up with pretty good speeds. I'm a neat freak so the house will always be in good condition however that means you need to also pull your weight to maintain a clean household.

The house is close to bus stops and a shopping center (Dan Murphy's, Woolworths, Newsagents, Dominos, Hair Salons, Chinese, Indian, Butcher, Bakery, Nandos, Johnny's burgers etc.) Food will need to be provided for yourself however we will accommodate pantry and fridge space. The room has a closet, some shelves and minimal extra storage space. The room also has a ceiling fan. Should the tenant wish to bring their own furniture, this can be accommodated. The house itself has satellite internet, ducted vacuuming, air-conditioning, up-to-date high tech security (cameras, alarm system, gates and locks) we also have a variety of gaming consoles you will be free to use including a Wii u, Xbox360 and a PS2.
