The bedroom is very large with high ceilings and not facing the front street and the garden is very easy to maintain and I’ve not killed it yet. The house was built in April 2014, still got bits and pieces to finish on the outside, but you will have access to your future room and added bonus of some lush carpet, to lay your weary little head, a mirrored built in robe to stare at yourself daily, air-con in the room and a pretty sweet setup in the theatre room with surround sound and 120 inch projector screen, it also has an Android box so watch anything your heart desires. The house is in champion lakes in a quiet area, 4 km to main shopping centre, coles and smaller shops etc 1km, 2 km to the train station and bus stop is about a 50m walk. The airport is 20ish minutes away and the city about 25. Your housemates will be become your new BFF's, so just warn your current bestie before applying ;) Im heath and your other roomie is rob. As a person I am pretty chilled, love to be social without the need to party or go clubbing 24/7, like keeping active and always welcome meeting new people. Im pretty sarcastic, play around and like to have a beer or two. I dont want a flatmate that will have people staying overnight in general, but there is a spare room for family members a few days.
