Not the house for ‘wild’ parties, but get together are cool. If you smoke, it must be strictly done outside with smoke not getting in. Pets can be considered here, as long as it’s cleared through the real estate company. My place is close to entrance to Noarlunga express way , 5 mins drive to Noarlunga Train station, local bus stop 10 mins walk from house. Walking distance to supermarket (about 10 min) Doctors and Chemist walking distance. The house is double brick stays cool in summer. It is a basic 3 bedroom home, separate lounge, kitchen, one bathroom and separate toilet. Has a reverse cycle air conditioner in lounge, wood fire and gas heater. There is a BBQ to share outside in a small backyard under a long veranda. The main rule is that we clean up the kitchen after ourselves and share the general house choirs. The house is furnished so the person that moves in will only need to supply a bed and own linen, (sheets and towels) Double bed would be preferred , but a queen will fit.
