Shared balcony, fully furnished, aircon, tv, own ensuite. 5 mins to city center. House keeping is included in the rent. Will be sharing with 1 Female & 1 Male both early 30’s full time workers.
2 rooms available in a fully furnished house, to a working person to share with working female. Prefer 30+ years of age. Currently no internet, but looking to change that in February. House is in a very private setting and on the railway line. It is a highset huge queenslander and I do most of my living on the verandah, in my workshop or the garden. Well furnished kitchen, with nearly everything + (even a breadmaker). Gardens tools available for anyone with a green thumb. I'm not a party person but don't mind sociable (and I sleep through good noise). Not averse to a party about once twice per year, but don't mind sociability. Parking isn't the best. Motorbikes easily accomodated but street parking for cars. Pets considered.
Unfurnished room for rent on acreage in a quiet, well kept clean home with landscape gardens. Solar electricity and gas. This would suit an employed person where they can come home and do their own thing. Must be ok with a blue point indoor cat. NBN - wifi access Netflix
“Home is not a place, it’s a feeling” Namaste and G’Day! What’s great about living where you might being living ? It’s the fact Bundaberg is the gateway to the world heritage listed Great Barrier Reef, I might be bias but I do believe you will soon be living in a new slice of paradise :) So what’s it like to live in paradise? It’s great.... it’s warm, welcoming, safe and it’s fun! It’s 4 hours to Brisbane but only 14 minutes to Mon Repo and the Rum Factory is even closer only 6 minutes away, so what that means is on your days off you can sit back, relax, sip on a rum or two amongst the worlds most beautiful sea creatures which are our famous loggerhead turtles! So enough about the rum and the turtles, what’s my home away from home really going to feel and look like? It’s going to look like a 3 Bedroom Ground Level Unit, situated in a quiet cul de sac amongst a complex of 9 individual units, owned and tenanted by a mix of young and retired families and couples. You will live amongst doctors, nurses, accountants, university students, tradesmen, a pathologist and ex military personnel. All whom are quiet, professional and respectful neighbours who we love and adore. What’s my slice of paradise going to include? Your bedroom will include a queen sized bed, a Queen Anne antique duchess, a sliding wardrobe (hanging and storage space included), ample power points for your beloved electronics, a ceiling fan, one security screened window to let the fresh air in and a lamp to let you read your books or study papers! What surrounds my bedroom haven? Where our unit is situated in Bundaberg, you will feel as though you’re amongst the city and the bush, you will have the use of an air conditioned communal kitchen and dining/living area with TV and WIFI connectivity, a laundry area that includes an outdoor clothes line and entertaining area equipt with a BBQ, lounge swing and potted garden. Do you have Foxtel, a pool or even a GYM? I don’t have Foxtel as I’m not a big TV Fan, however I am more then happy for you to connect Netflix to the communal TV at an additional cost to you, if you do connect Netflix and would prefer to have some sort of code or password so it’s only accessible to you then that’s completely fine too! Our unit complex DOESN’T include a swimming pool, however Bargara Beach is only a 10-15 minute drive by car, you can swim and surf at Bargara and it is safe from sharks and the likes. The closest 24/7 GYM is walking distance from our unit, and is run by the local YMCA. Memberships are easy to obtain. I don’t drive, so what’s the public transport like? Honest, it’s limited! No public holiday or Sunday services an it runs between day light hours only... the bus stop is a short walking distance from our unit, however a car or taxi is your best option for getting to and from work, school or university and for keeping up your social life. House Rules! 1: Be Respectful This is not a Party Palace! However we do respectfully and responsibily drink, we host multi cultural dinner parties and we even play music, but we don’t do this in excess or to disrupt or disrespect those around us. Good Manners and respect for yourself, those around you and for our unit is the most important thing I request of you. Please, thankyou and I’m sorry go along way in making for a homely environment that is safe and loving. 2: Be Honest If you break it, can’t pay it, take it, borrow it or even bin it please just let me know, I’m not a grouch lol. 3: Be Responsible Accept the consequences of your actions, ask for help, keep your own space and communal spaces neat and tidy, assist with house hold chores, dispose of your own waste, and think of others before you act. 4: Show Gratitude Be thankful for you have, where you’ve been and where you’re going in life, be aware of your blessings and let us show gratitude towards one another. 5: Be Kind and Open My home is now your home, please respect this, be open and honest, be kind and caring. Let me know or leave a note if you wish to have a whole group of friends over, if you need something fixed around the house, if you want to move out or you can’t pay the rent one week. Respectful discussions solve problems before they escalate. 6: Rent Please pay your rent as agreed once you’ve moved in, I know life gets in the way and money doesn’t grow on trees however bills do need to be paid, and if they’re not then we will be eating from the camp stove and in the dark lol. 7: Electricty Please respect the use of power, don’t run the air con or fan if you’re out all day. If it’s not in use please switch it of lol, if the power bill comes in and it’s high due to miss use or summer time I will discuss this with you and we can come up with a plan to pay for it. 8: Fun The most important rule, have fun while you’re here!

Lovely, open house, an easy 800m ride or stroll to the beach. Across the road from the shopping centre where there is woolies, take away and a gym. There are loads of lovely cafes and a few pubs around the town. The house has Indoor and outdoor lounge areas, off street parking, A/c, internet and a decent kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms also, so you would have one all to yourself! The room is unfurnished and has built in robe, a/c and looks out over the backyard.
