Beautiful secluded rainforest studio with big sunny deck. Studio has a proper kitchen with stove and oven. Space for washing machine on deck. Small but functional bathroom. Completely self contained living in one of the most scenic and peaceful locations on the coast. It’s currently unfurnished bar a nice wardrobe, I’m willing to help out with furnishings. As for bills, a contribution to power. Will be getting internet connected shortly and would require a contribution to the bill with this too. Other than that, that’s it. Would suit young professional or possibly a couple. Not really a party hangout but I have no problems with music played at reasonable hours and I don’t mind cigarettes smoked outside. It has a hugh bedroom big enough to create your own bachelor or bachelorette pad. Big twin bathroom. Little veggie garden at your french back doors. All is included in the rent. Share kitchen if needed. Some tenants made their own in the pad as it is big enough. Though I am friendly and dont mind either way. There is a bus stop out the front and the great walk of the hinterlands is your footpath. Kondalilla falls is around the corner.
