Quiet neighbor hood with low crime rate. House is on a large block and my dog is safe and secure on the property. House has heating and split system air con, 3 bedrooms that don't share any walls which ensures privacy. 2 lounge rooms and study. When current housemates finish moving I can relocate my sewing to the study and my pool table can be set back up again in the front room. I have wifi and currently have Foxtel in my bedroom only as current housemates chose not to have it in the lounge or bedrooms (this can be changed if requested). The property is in a great location just off the calder highway, just 5 mins from the Watergardens station which is express 29 mins to city, if in need of public transport. If not it is only 15 minutes drive to Melbourne CBD. I own the house so have done up the backyard and the whole inside so that it is an awesome living environment (great for a few sneaky bbq's and beers). It is a 3 bedroom townhouse but i rather to just share with one other person for convenience with the shared bathroom and allover space with living. I live with my spoodle puppy called Pickle who loves cuddles and hangs on the couch. The internet is unlimited (plus netflix) and a part of the rent per week but water/gas/electricity will be on top. These really don't add up to much at all though. 2mins walk from the front door is access to 2 gyms, a supermarket, and i live right on a lake with access to a walking track, peace and quiet and a great view!
