The house currently has three spare bedrooms and a spare room I am looking at making into a second lounge room. The house is located about 2km from La Trobe uni and a 500m walk to the tram. I am in no rush for housemates, as I rather create a wholesome/inclusive household which we all are happy and can be social in. The rooms that are on offer are large enough for a king bed and a desk. Fantastic location, very close to the city. Close to many amazing cafes, Errol street (the main road of shops), and Queen Victoria markets. Less than 5 min walk to North Melbourne station and 2 min walk to 57 tram line. Amazing housemates. I am pretty sad to be leaving them. Very easy to live with. Air-con and heating. Room has it's own private courtyard, big double wardrobe, and it also comes with a cupboard which is in the hallway for extra storage. Room is bigger than it looks in the photo. Was hard to get a photo of the whole room.
