I (Bronny) am a live-in landlord and have had the house for 9 years, I rent out my 2 other rooms because I enjoy living with others and love meeting new people. I have gained a lot of valuable friendships over the years! We are very genuine and honest and are looking for likeminded people, not party animals, however, not completely introverted either. Someone with a good sense of humour as we are sociable people and enjoy a good chat and I won't lie, generally like to pop open a bottle of wine which is always offered to anyone who feels like one... I'm blessed with a job in the wine industry! I work fulltime in finance working week days, business hours and also studying full time (Accounting). Naomi works part time, studies full time (Law). Ideally, but it's not essential, we’d love someone who is studying or has studied and is used to sharing a house with nerds. Someone who is considerate and respects other people’s property would be perfect. We are clean and tidy people, however, not OCD so someone who knows how to clean up after themselves will be a winner! Ideally I am looking for someone wanting a long term lease(min 12 months). The house is approx. 14 years old and is located at the end of a quiet street, 2 mins from the city and 5 from the beach, close to local shopping centre, bus and train. The house has air-conditioning/heating, broadband internet and main living necessities, all but your room furniture basically!! The room available is approx 3.8 x 4m with a built-in robe. The main bathroom is shared between 2, however, it is a female friendly bathroom being a 3-way bathroom as such. The electricity, gas, water and internet are split 3 ways. The man of the house is Oscar who is a 7 year old Maltese Silky, his offsider, Ollie (5) is a Daschund x Mini Foxie, both are small dogs mainly outside, buuutt sometimes are spoilt and let in at night to sleep. I am quite strict on both dogs, don’t like yappy dogs, but they are dogs after all and will bark to let me know someone is around! Hey hey! I live in a 3 bedroom house in Hilton (between Mile End and Richmond) with 2 other housemates who are both moving out! One is heading to Germany and the other is moving home! We now have found a housemate to move in next week but still have one room available! The house is a spacious 3 bedroom red brick house with a massive backyard and we've got a heap of couches out there and a table tennis table which makes it nice to chill with friends there. The kitchen is quite modern (featuring dishwasher, hooray!). And the rooms are well sized! The room is at the front of the house are has a beautiful fireplace in the corner (not for use, just for looks :) ) Rent is $120 a week! Bond is $720... I know, that sucks. This is a peaceful & respectful house with plenty of space and the room is fully furnished - even though it is 4 bedrooms, I am renting one room only. I'm an easy going 40 yr old woman and have 2 dogs and a cat that are inside/outside, so I need someone who is responsible with shutting gates. . As a short-term lodging arrangement (ie no longer than 3-4 mths) is preferred (longer term by negotiation), all the general cleaning & gardening will be done, but my expectation is you will keep shared areas clean and tidy.

We are looking for a friendly new hosuemate to join us in our Torrensville sharehouse :) Located just off of Marion Road, walking distance to Henley Becah Road and major bus stops just 200metres away, it's a great location in a safe neighbourhood. You will be sharing the house with a male and a female and the delightful Frankiee-a 2year old chowchow female dog whom is housetrained and very sociable. It is exceptionally important that you are a ‘dog person’, as Frankiee is a very important part of the household and needs to be loved rather than simply ‘tolerated’. If you do not like dogs then this is not the house for you. About the House: Modern and clean three bedroom house, two bathrooms, two living room areas , large open plan and fully equipped kitchen with heaps of storage (you will have your own pantry), small rear grassed yard, heating and cooling throughout, fully equipped laundry, tiled throughout-except for the bedrooms, downlights throughout, lockable garage for storage, on street parking available.
