There is also a large second living space with TV so there can be some privacy if needed. Good off street parking available. You will need a car, as its a long walk from the nearest bus stop! Lots of storage space available as well. If you are an outdoors person, you will enjoy walking out the gate into some amazing walking / running / mountain biking tracks. We are surrounded by beautiful bushland so if you appreciate the hills and nature you will like the location. We also have a fully self contained underground fire bunker for emergency situations during the hotter months. All bills are included in the rent except for any non local phone calls. Internet is included but is slow. If you are clean and tidy you will fit in well. This is a non-smoking house, so obviously I would like a non-smoker only.

The house is very clean and cleaning is done on a weekly basis. The Basin is a 5 minute drive from Boronia Station or Bayswater Station which is 50 minutes by train to the city of Melbourne. There is also a bus stop at the top of the street which takes you to both railway stations.

Hi, We are looking for a female to share our home with. We are a female only, safe, friendly and laid back home. We are not the biggest or most modern home but we are definitely the best! Our home is always clean, everyone is friendly but keeps to themselves, respectful and it really is such a cruisey and homey place! The house is situated on the North side of Narre Warren, just a few minutes from the Monash Fwy, and there is a bus just a few metres away to take you to the train station, Fountain Gate Shopping Centre, Monash University and much more. There are lots of parks nearby and we are located in a great area. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space, there is enough space between bedrooms to not disturb one another. We like to keep the house very clean. Common areas are shared, plenty of storage space in the kitchen, pool table and backyard is great for parties. You will be sharing the bathroom and separate toilet with two other females (not to worry, they are VERY clean), furniture can be provided upon request. Property is fully secure with an alarm and external camera system. Unlimited NBN WiFi and all utilities are included in the rent, rent is to be paid in full every four weeks.
