The house is close to town and there is also the potential of art studio space for $35 per week to the right person. The house is newly renovated so everything is fresh and clean. The lounge has a reverse cycle aircon. The landlord is a delight and the studio is literally ten steps from the back door. The studio is for rent separately from the house so in other words you don't have to live here to rent the studio. There is also a sleepout room which we can share for guests or whatever. I am considering renting this room out cheaply to reduce our rent shares. There is also quite a lot of room under the house if you need to store some stuff. The room is unfurnished but I do have a spare double bed in there at the moment which you are welcome to use. I hold the lease so you would not be on the lease but I require references and normal lease terms to be agreed upon. I think a three month trial basis is a good idea for both parties.
