Location is fantastic, where uber's to the city cost about $7 and also within walking distance to Villi's 24 hour bakery for all your late night cravings. Multiple bus stops nearby, as well as park, chemist, bottle shop, coles, etc etc. The house itself house a decent sized back yard equipped with BBQ, air conditioning, garage, whilst the room itself comes with a wee chest of drawers. There is an en-suite bathroom in one of the taken rooms so the current one, including a bath, will have to be shared between two but I'm hardly ever in there.

The location is great, only a 10 min drive from the city and the beach, 5 min to the airport. It is close to the flight path but it doesn't take long to tune out the sound of the occasional plane. The house is old but has been renovated, bathroom and kitchen are fairly small but easy to clean. There are floorboards in the bedrooms and tiles in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The room itself is a decent size but not massive, room enough to fit a double/queen bed, wardrobe and maybe a small desk or dressing table. No built in storage. I would be open to relinquishing the master bedroom to a couple at a price of $220.00/wk. It is much bigger, no built in storage either. Rest of the house has a lounge room, study and a sun room all fully furnished, although happy to make room for any furnishings you might need to bring with you.
