Lovely new house with a nice back yard and deck with a nice view, it is air-conditioned and connected to the nbn. It's not to far from the city or the highway if you need to head to Sydney or the coast. Who ever ended up moving in would essentially have there own bathroom apart from if the kids want a bath (very rare) and their own parking spot in the garage.

Our house is sunny and spacious, there's room for everyone for almost everything! The bedroom is pretty big with a nice build-in wardrobe. There's a big window which provides enough sunlight all year round. We also have a nice big living room, where there's a big window and a huge tree in front of it. It's nice just to sit in the living room and have a cup of tea while watching the tree. The house it's quite close to the natural reserve, so the environment is exceptionally nice even for Canberra's standard. On the other hand it's also close to the bus stop - about 3 mins, where the bus 39 comes every 30 mins, and every 10 mins or so during rush hours. It's about 15 mins by bus or 5 mins driving to Dickson shops and restaurants. If you walk for 7 mins, there's Watson shops, where there is the groceries and a nice cafe. Also there's more buses around.
