Heyyyaaaaa!!!! My cute pad is in Parkdale! I have a ground floor 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment and am looking for a cruisy flatmate to live here with me and my staffy Jax. The room is not available until late August after my current flatty moves out to travel but it comes with Netflix as well! It is a fully furnished bedroom with tall boy drawers, single wardrobe with a queen storage bed and the room is super bright, light and comfy. Its 2 minutes walk to the train station, 5 mins walk to the beach. Its in a quiet apartment complex which is surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants and 5 mins drive to southland shopping centre. It is super close to the buzz in Mordialoc and 45mins from the CBD by train, the Parkdale hub is an awesome little place to live. If you don't love dogs, then stop right there.....you aren't the right flatty for us! You have to be a dog lover because I have a super cute and crazy staffy. You need to be happy for the dog to be inside and outside of the house. He does sometimes jump and can be naughty at times but is also super loving and smoochy once he gets to know you. I am pretty social but I am currently saving for an overseas holiday/trip so I can be a little bit of a home body at the money while im saving pennies! I like to drink occasionally, mainly on the weekends and occasionally smoke (outside smoking only).
