We have a huge lounge and dining area with a 6 seater L shaped couch. We also have communal Netflix and Stan on the 55”screen. We have a large kitchen with a lot of bench space and storage. Fully equipped laundry. Clean light bathroom with a shower and bath with a separate toilet. We have a red healer pup named Bam who loves to hang out and is very friendly.

The House is not large, but nevertheless quiet spacious and easy to maintain, it is situated in a quiet Cul de Sac, so it is very secure, close to shops, a Gym, cafes & Golf courses, Springvale, Mentone beach and Braeside Park. Most of the neighbours are older, so there are no noisy parties or street problems. Part of the house is airconditioned, and there are ceiling fans in most rooms. My home is a two-storey unit with new kitchen, bathroom and laundry, and floorboards upstairs (where the bedrooms are). It is a two-bedroom, one bathroom, but there is also a second toilet in the laundry. There is a small courtyard and deck out the back, and a reverse-cycle air-conditioner upstairs. The bedrooms have good storage with full wardrobes as well as shelving, and large windows. The windows are double-glazed, and there are security screen doors at the back and front. It's in a great location, right across the road from Woolworths and the shops, near the station and only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately we can't have pets, as I have allergies. Room is available from after the 19th May, as my roommate is not moving out until after this date.
