We have one room available to rent, in our three bedroom house. The room include a built in robe. However, it is unfurnished. It's walking distance to a number of amenities including the shops, childcare, schools, reserves and bus stops. It is also a short drive to Peninsula Link, Frankston and Mornington. The house has lots of natural light, spacious kitchen, dining and living room. The shared living spaces include brand new furniture throughout. The kitchen has a number of new stainless steal appliances as well as brand new utensils. The main bathroom has a spacious shower, Caesar stone benches and a freestanding bath. As well as the added bonus of a separate toilet. The backyard is small, however includes a beautiful deck, which is great for the warmer months. Other features include double remote garage, ducted heating system, split system aircon, Caesar stone benches throughout, as well as great company. Very clean, private and new little unit. Lots of sun. There is a little yard and a front courtyard. Pretty quiet area, close to Hastings pier and easy walk to the main street and shops. The room unfortunately, doesn't have a built in robe. There is a queen bed in there atm, but again, if you have your own furniture, I can move it. Good heating system! Stays pretty cool in summer and only a 10 min drive to the beach. Non smokers only.
