It's in a great spot on a quiet street. Walking distance to the pool, train, Lake Claremont, coffee shops and Claremont Quarter. Downstairs is the living area, laundry, kitchen and a toilet. Myself and a friend of mine are looking at renting a house around Jolimont. We are both Registered Nurses working around Subiaco and Nedlands. We are looking to move by the end of August as my current lease ends on the 28th. Emma and I are very friendly and easy to get along with. We both like to spend time with friends, however we are not a party house. We often prefer having dinner/movie nights to going out on the town.
