The house is in a pretty quiet area 5 minutes from Claremont and 10 minutes from Floreat Forum and the beach. It has a good cafe down the road and a bus stop one block over that'll take you straight in to Claremont. MUST like cats. Lovely character home in the beautiful neighbourhood of Shenton Park. It's in a great location; we are 500m from the train station, and a 7 minute drive to Subiaco and Claremont. We also have a 24/7 IGA down the road! We are looking for a like-minded young professional to replace our housemate who will be leaving us to go travelling. I've been in this Swanbourne apartment for a few years now and absolutely love it, it's got a lot of character and is in an amazing location, right on the train line, upstairs from the best coffee shop in Perth and a couple of minutes from the beach. The apartment has timber floors, high-ceilings, ducted reverse cycle and lots of natural light. The bedroom is a very comfortable queen with a big built-in wardrobe, it's currently semi-furnished but pretty flexible if you want to bring your own furniture. Shared bathroom, comfy lounge and dining room and a nice little balcony that catches plenty of sun in summer and is very cosy in winter. There's off-street parking and a small store room (for bikes etc)

Clean and nice house with lovely neighborhood, the owner lives nearby and very helpful in case of any emergencies. The house is complete with everything. For now i have 2 housemates from Hong Kong & 1 Australian. (All UWA students) If the person intends to rent longer than my absence time, bigger room is available (refer to the pictures, room with grey bed) after that 2 months for the same price! Even though it is close to uni and busy streets, it is remarkably quiet and the garden is very beautiful and relaxing. The main bedroom has french doors opening on to the front verandah and garden which offers the choice of eating/studying outside your door or going indoors to the large dining/family room. There is also a large outdoor setting in the back garden with a barbeque. Friends are always welcome. A very attractive bonus is that Brenda does all gardening and all cleaning of common areas which leaves you the freedom for work (or play). All costs are included in the $260 Including wifi. We enjoy a happy household, sharing the occasional meal or after work drinks, Brenda cooks great cakes to share and if you come from overseas and need to accommodate a friend or relative short-term, there is a night-and-day couch in the large lounge room.
