We are about a 10-minute walk (1-minute drive) from the Train station (Freo/City line) in Claremont, and the shopping mall. The housing block backs onto the Lake Claremont park, which is huge and awesome. We have a gym around the corner, public lap pool, tennis court and golf course are 5 mins walk away. Swanbourne/Cottesloe Beach is a 5-10-minute drive or a quick train away too! Top level has the three bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, lounge (couches and TV) and a bar. The bottom level has a large Kitchen, a dining room, large courtyard, garage/room with a pool table + couches and storage and another toilet. The room itself easily fits a Queen bed, a desk (see photos), and would have space for a bedside table if that floats your boat. The wardrobe is quite large too. It is bright all day thanks to being on the second level, and the large window.

The house is my parents but they left me with it due to having another child. The house is technically three stories as we have a loft, it is a cosy characteristic modernised home in lovely suburb and on a great street in Shenton Park. Currently there are 4 girls including myself! We are in and out of the house most of the time due to work/social/uni/outdoor activities and are in our 20's. Awesome location, walk to the beach! Swanbourne is one of the best Suburbs in Perth. It's 12 mins walk to the beach through native bushland. 15 mins walk to the train station,. which takes you direct to Perth or Fremantle (the best of both worlds). Cottesloe is also just a short bus ride/drive away. Relaxed, beachy cottage with a lovely big garden, massive outdoor dining table out the back. Super chilled, well kept garden, with BBQ, hammock, and outdoor lounge to relax on in the front. Guaranteed ocean breeze on hot summer nights. Lovely fireplace for cosy nights in during the winter time, there's also a gas bayonet heater, which is great for cold mornings/nights. Our family is growing so we are passing on our lease. It´s a great apartment, well lit, good size main bedroom and spacious living room.
