Each tenant has their own bathroom! 20 minutes from city, uq, qut and many other similar places. Shopping complex is located less than 5 minutes away. Public transport is easily accessible with buses running constantly into the City/Southbank. Clean and well-maintained complex as well as house. The neighbourhood is safe. Bill are quarterly and split, other than internet which is monthly.

Buses to the city run frequently during peak hours and then hourly 10am - 3 pm. From 3.30 pm - 7.00 pm they have multiple hourly services again.
