Located in Eatons Hill and positioned on acreage I have available 4 bedrooms. Each room has a digital security lock to ensure maximum privacy. There is a large common room downstairs with split system air-conditioning, entertainment area and gymnasium. Right outside is a giant brand new pool that has been built into the hillside of the property which will always be available upon request. As there are already animals on the property I can not accept anymore besides small reptiles or fish that can be kept in your room. All the bills (water, electricity and unlimited Wi-Fi) is included in the rental amount. Always happy for tenants to have people over during the day and the occasional piss up as long as I am made aware to notify other tenants. I am extremely easy going and will remain that way as long as our initial agreement upon commencing tenancy is followed. If you have a drug, alcohol or gambling addiction or a history of thieving you will not last long here so please don't waste your own time. Although the property is situated on a quite block we are still very close to everything including the EH which is just up the road. There are multiple bathrooms located both up and downstairs in the house which are paired off to their closest rooms. I am looking for fun friendly people with a positive outlook on life that are employed and have a great deal of integrity.
