Hey I have my own 3br house.. No nagging landlord. Not a huge house but plenty of space to make your own. You would get a br but I'm also happy to share my office space if your a student. The spare room actually has built in desk anyway though. I have a single bed in there at the moment and happy for you to use that or bring your own as I have a big shed to store things. Fully equipped kitchen as I'm a major foodie and love cooking. Also have a comfortable lounge area which will be yours to be at home in also.
