The place is in a really nice neighbourhood, is quiet and close to Sandy Bay. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to uni. There's a fridge, oven and washing machine that came with the house, but me and my current housemates got the rest (table, chairs, coach, etc.) so there's no need to worry about that :)
Small, quaint apartment and very comfortable. The room has a queen bed, built-in wardrobe, drawers and a small study room attached to it. The apartment is on the second floor and has a balcony just outside. The place is about 5 minutes walk away from UTAS and not far from Sandy Bay as well. 10 minutes drive to the city. There's bus stops nearby to go into the city and uni as well so it is very convenient. Only perk about the apartment is that it's right beside the road so you could hear cars pass by at night but other than that it's a very comfortable place.

It is very close to university and it has good access to all amenities. Very independent space , non demanding. Open living areas and private bedroom spaces. Large generous garden with established trees and plants. It is an older house so has some quirks which I will attempt to have sorted as soon as possible.
