Housemates and I are moving together to be close to work in the city, the house will be ready for 3 people to move into on the 14 June at $225 per person per week with 4Weeks rent for bond. The house is massive and beautiful and gardening is included in the rent. Large sized rooms and double lock up garage! There would be a spare room and a second loungeroom after 3 rooms are filled however my housemate is using the second loungeroom as a bedroom as it is massive and has it's own door and bathroom down stairs. This is a near brand new property (about 2 years) that i have just bought as my first house ever. I just need 1-2 flatmates to ensure i don't go broke and have to sell it! I am 50-50 on whether to have just one housemate or two at the moment but we can talk about a third after moving in. The house is about 900 metres from all the main shops in Strathpine along with the main shopping center (Strathpine Centre) about an extra 200 metres. It's in one of those cool little communities that i've never seen before (as i'm from Melbourne, but don't hold that against me). The place has AC, Dishwasher and NBN. I will include internet in the rent but bills, ie electricity will be additional. The parking, while it will be outside, will be inside the community/driveway. Most small-medium sized pets are welcome, i don’t think a large animal would suit though as the yard is quite small.
