The apartment is freshly renovated, bright & airy. It has air conditioning, NBN, and space for a vehicle undercover and outside. The spare room is unfurnished, but the lounge and kitchen are fully furnished, ideal for people who don't have much stuff or are travelling to Toowoomba intermittently and need somewhere to stay. There's room for more storage in the garage.
I have a room available, which has a bed if needed (double), wardrobe and drawers and tv aerial. There are two bathrooms one with a bath and one with a shower. We use the bath bathroom as our base and use only the shower in the other bathroom so although shared we don’t have all our stuff in that bathroom it’s only really used to shower so it will remain clean and tidy and mostly your space. Our property is fairly quiet as we are the only house in our street and are surrounded by parks and nature. There is heaps of parking in our driveway and yard but no undercover parking. The rooms are a decent size and the house has a new kitchen, carpets and fresh paint work. Internet is unlimited and included in the rent and we have Netflix and fetch TV if you feel like a night on the couch. Looking for someone who would be happy living umong a family and is used to kids, pets 😊 We are all very easy going and fun.

Garden is a bit overgrown at the moment if you do a drive by but I’ll sort it out. I generally keep garden and house very tidy but been quite busy with work lately.
