This is a brand new house in a new 'Telstra smart community' estate. There is a dishwasher and washing machine that uses tank water (as do the toilets). Its usually quiet with minimal traffic. It is about 5 mins drive from Murwillumbah, 30 mins to Tweed / Coolangatta, 45 mins to Byron (more if traffic). The yard is still a work in progress and I don't have full fences as yet, so pets are not really an option at this time, sorry. (Plus I have pets that visit occasionally) There is a small BBQ area. I would prefer a working professional, however students / part time workers will be considered.
