I have a brand new 4 bedroom house and I'm looking at renting one or two of the rooms out, I'm currently the only one living in the house and I work out at the mines doing 7 on 7 off and when I finish my 7 I head back home to Sydney so you and my other house mate will have the house to your selves most of the time. the house has got ducted reverse cycle A/C, has a double garage that doesn't get used so your more than welcome to park your car in side if you want, as for furniture if you have anything you want to bring your more than welcome.

Situated in a great area of town on a quiet street. It is only a 5min drive from the CBD and within walking distance to the botanical gardens. Bus stops directly outside on our street. The unit is an 8 to 10 minute drive from the Orange Health Service, one block from the TAFE campus and two blocks from the main street. It is a short walk to the shops and social venues. Situated in a quiet lane with off street parking. The room is ideal for students who are doing work experience placements in Orange though I would consider longer stays for anyone new to Orange who is just finding their way around. The rent includes utilities and use of all household items, a fully furnished room with a king single bed in a cosy two bedroom unit. Smokers welcome if agreeing to smoke outside. As this is a strata unit pets are not permitted.
A room is soon available in a 4 bedroom house in a great location up behind Duntry League Golf Course. You'll be sharing with one other. I'm a 46 year old and work in media. It's a fully furnished house. An easy layback home, warm atmosphere but plenty of room to have your own space too. Nothing is needed as it has everything you'll need to be comfortable and feel at home, all you need is your own bed. The bedroom available is a good size and has built ins. There's 2 large living areas, a BBQ area, one bathroom plus another second toilet. I'm tidy but not pedantic. I do my own meals but occasionally just like cooking for all :) I like to have a wine and a chat :) I usually have music going so if you're not a fan of music, it won't suit. There is a small super friendly Maltese pooch here so you'd need to be pooch friendly :) Moving in date can be flexibile as the room is currently vacant.
Excellent location - close to the CBD in a safe, quiet area. Great sized yard and nice garden with undercover outdoor entertaining area. The house has excellent heating and was recently renovated, except the bathroom and kitchen which are both very usable. It's a three-bedroom home so there is a spare room for visiting friends and family. The room is queen sized, sunny with views of the town. I have some furniture in the house however you would be welcome to bring yours, especially bedroom furniture as the room is currently empty.
