Ours is a very large, two storey house on a sizeable farm with cattle and horses. It is rural and quiet with many trees including a small orchard near the house. Bird life is plentiful and varied and we have a resident pea hen. Unfortunately, no pets can be brought onto the property. We are located 10 mins from Gisborne; 15 mins to Bacchus Marsh; 20 mins to Riddells Creek and Woodend; 35 mins to Kyneton; and, 40 mins to Melbourne Airport. Each floor has a large shared kitchen (the downstairs will be completed by early November). Kitchen utensils and cookware are available for your use. There is a communal laundry on the top floor. It's a safe friendly little cluster of townhouses, well off street and we all look after each other well. Generally a quiet neighbourhood, with close access to CBD. We are only 2 blocks from Lake Esmond, about 4 minutes from Coles and Safeway, and there are many very nice walks, some completely isolated, which is lovely and all within only blocks of this townhouse.
