The street is located in a small cul-de-sac off of Main South road, allowing for some privacy. It's in a great location, with just a 5 minute drive from Colonnades shopping centre. You are free to do as you wish in the house within reason, as long as you clean up after yourself and respect the other roommates equally. You must be an animal lover as there is a dog in the home. Other animals are definitely welcome, if not encouraged. Bond is $500, and there is a single bed available if required.
