The house is situated on the North side of Narre Warren, just a few minutes from the Monash Fwy, and there is a bus just a few metres away to take you to the train station, Fountain Gate Shopping Centre, Monash University and much more. There are lots of parks nearby and we are located in a great area. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space, there is enough space between bedrooms to not disturb one another. We like to keep the house very clean. Common areas are shared, plenty of storage space in the kitchen, pool table and backyard is great for parties. You will be sharing the bathroom and separate toilet with two other females (not to worry, they are VERY clean), furniture can be provided upon request. Property is fully secure with an alarm and external camera system. Unlimited NBN WiFi and all utilities are included in the rent, rent is to be paid in full every four weeks. This property is beautiful. Has stunning views across the valley through the floor to ceiling front windows. The house is spacious and bright with all the mod cons. Your room is spacious with built in robes and polished floor boards. The resort style bathroom is stunning with huge bath and 2 showers, one with filter with views outside to a huge rhododendron tree. Kookaburras are abundant and other wildlife. The huge deck out the front is drenched in the morning sun and has comfy deck chairs and hammock as well as a bbq that needs using! :) The property is walking distance to Belgrave station and high street, which has a lovely collection of cafes, vintage clothing stores, cute bars, bank, and a Woolworths. Driving is only 45 mins to the city and there is off street parking for one car. There are two lovely older cats who live here that will give you hugs and wander around the place. The back garden is lush and large and backs onto a nature reserve full of stunning eucalyptus trees and wildlife.

Shopping centres, (Fountain Gate, 4 bus stops, or a 15 min walk) and (Parkhill Plazza a 1 min drive or 10 min walk). Heaps of parklands for exercise and things to do and see around the area. A small vegie patch, as well as a swing, for solice I spose, hanging from the shade tree out back, in a large back yard. Aircon for summer and ducks in the roof for winter. There are two rooms on offer, Bedroom 1 is a queen with built in robes and bedroom two is a double, both situated at the rear of the house overlooking the back yard with great morning shade in the summer. Close to M1 with on and off ramps east and west, as it is easy access north and south.
