The house is well presented with great lawn areas at the front an rear. The bedrooms are large and could also have room for your own desk. The area has a bus stop a few hundred metres away into town and is only around 6km from the CBD. Depending on which room you take, there is a wall air con in one of the rooms and the other has a ceiling fan. The internet is also super fast at around 50MB/s! Internet will be included for free, the gas bill is no more than $100 a quarter, Power is usually no more than $300 currently and Water is around $200.

Beautiful house superbly located on a very nice and quite area. Only 1 block away from Unley road, Cross road and shops. Micham and Unley Shopping centers are only 10 blocks away in opposite directions. The house is in perfect maintenance state with everything working. It has central air conditioning / heater, a nice front yard and a porche. It also has a separate laundry room with washing machine. The bathroom and kitchen are very neat and tidy with all you need to be comfortable. The house has unlimited internet ($69 p/month) which along with bills (electricity, gas) are split. It's for short term stay. I'm going to visit my country during the vacation from 16th June to 28th July. Here are only 2 rooms and no TV in the living room, and so it will keep quiet which is best for uni student or full-time workers. It's located really convenient place where is one of the best location in Adelaide. - 1min walking distance from IGA, - 13min walk to Coles and Woolworth - 1min walk to many restaurants such as Domino's, Mexican food, Italian food, Beskin Robbins, Subway.. etc. - 1 min walk to the bus stop. It takes only 15min to get to the city by bus and you don't need to transfer. The best thing about this place is that it has really good security service so no one can enter if they don't know security number. This house has a large backyard that doesn't need too much maintenance and it also has an under-cover area for BBQs. We have a mandarin and orange tree in the yard that produce delicious fruit! We also have a little open fireplace which is lovely in Winter. Bills are covered in the rent and sometimes we have left over for common household needs such as cleaning products.

This is the most regrettable move out ever, however I am moving to Melbourne at the beginning of May with a new and exciting job, so I have to leave this place behind. If I could take the place to Melbourne, I would! There is also a green-lined running track nearby for all you fitness buffs! It is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop, which is about 10 minutes into the city. An Uber costs about $10 into the city. The house itself has three bedrooms, a spare room, a cellar and a great backyard with plenty of privacy and lined with trees. It’s about 7 mins to Mitcham, which has very similar amenities to Blackwood, and also has a Wallis Cinema. The Belair and Glenalta train stations are only minutes away from here as is the bus. This house is in a nice and quiet area surrounded by trees and plenty of birds, even a resident koala.
