Our home features a large outdoor entertaining area with BBQ as well as a small garden which housemates are welcome to use. Common areas are cleaned weekly, internet is unlimited and included in rent, however other bills are not included and are divided equally. We are both 25 years old, working full-time and studying part-time. As such we don't have a great deal of time to socialise with housemates. We tend to be early risers and get to bed early so you'll need to be respectful if coming home later in the day. The home is close to public transport on Hanson road (but far enough that it's fairly quiet ;) ) and only a few minutes drive to great local Vietnamese restaurants. Ten minutes on the bus to the nearest shopping centre and there is ample street parking nearby. We have three indoor cats and a Chihuahua, they're super friendly :)
