Hey guys! Sadly, our housemate is moving closer to work so we're looking for one person to occupy the biggest room in our place close to Semaphore Beach. (Will be 3 flatmates including yourself) Aircon in the lounge room, ceiling fans in all of the rooms. It's very hard to take a photo of the room, so I apologise! The room that is available has a built in wardrobe but nothing else so you will need to bring your own bed and other furniture you would need. There is also contruction going on outside usually 3-4 days a week. The flat is located right across from the St Clair shopping center that have shops such as; Coles, Bakery, Butcher, Sushi Train etc. Also a short walk away is the St.Clair train station which is a short ride to the Adelaide Railway Station (about 15mins)

We are right on the beachfront! We've got gorgeous views and an abundance of natural light. Big windows look out onto the sea. Our house is well furnished and full of character, with a big kitchen, a fireplace and lots of books and plants. The room available to rent is the largest in the house, with floorboards, a workbench, and built-in robes. This is a beautiful place to unplug and recharge your creative energy.
The room thats on offer in the house is the main bedroom. It has a large walk in robe with some shelving and mirrors. The bathroom is shared but its an ensuite that is attached to this room. There is a second toilet down stairs however. The house is only 5 years old so its in pretty good condition still. It has Ducted air conditioning and remote access through the roller door out the front. The backyard is quite small but there is access to the park behind the house through a gate. There are also some garden beds out the back which are empty at the moment but are good for vegetables and stuff if your into that. There is only one off street car park unfortunately that is taken at the moment but the space may be negotiable in the future. Small pets could be discussed but technically the strata states that they're not allowed.
