Very clean, private and new little unit. Lots of sun. There is a little yard and a front courtyard. Pretty quiet area, close to Hastings pier and easy walk to the main street and shops. The room unfortunately, doesn't have a built in robe. There is a queen bed in there atm, but again, if you have your own furniture, I can move it. Good heating system! Stays pretty cool in summer and only a 10 min drive to the beach. Non smokers only.

Quiet suburban area with friendly neighbours at the backside of Inverloch, 15 minute walk to the nearest beach, less than 5 drive. Having an open house means that everyone gets their own space, two lounge rooms with a 3rd potentially added - first in, best dressed!
