I love living in this flat because it is within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. The flat is clean, modern and airy, with only myself and whoever rents the room living here, we both have our own bathrooms and own space, while sharing an open plan living/dining area, kitchen and balcony. The apartment block is secure with lock up undercover parking, security door at entrance, lift, and a pool. The flat is fully furnished (by me), but the room can be offered furnished or unfurnished - whatever works best for you. Happy for travellers or students - as long as you have proof of income/identity for real estate checks. This is very flexible - can pay less rent each week for bills to be paid as they come separately, or $250 a week with all bills incl - it really works out the same. Also the room can be furnished or unfurnished. I have made bills (and toilet paper! :)) included to make it easier for you as it is a short time frame left on the lease (3 months). Am flexible if you wish to have your name on the lease (then you can stay on in the property when the lease expires) or be a approved tenant (by the real estate), and just stay for the 3 months. We live in Diamond Sands resort just a short 10 min walk to the beach or an even quicker bike ride and just a 10 min walk down to Nobby's Bars and Cafe's.
