Beautiful old house with frontal porch facing the sunrise. Street has free, all day parking. The bathroom is shared by all of us. Internet is Optus - unlimited and we get ~3.5 MB/s. Kitchen is useable but pretty old. We have all appliances from fridges to rice cooker, including washing machine, but if you want to know more just ask :). Pets will be considered although we do not have very good fencing. This house is quite run down but the property is planned for redevelopment sometime this year hence the max stay. Beautiful house with big bedrooms, sauna and spa. Rent includes water and gas. Internet is fastish but due for nbn upgrade in less than a month. Foxtel is included with internet. GOT, AFL... There is a 24 hour gym ($9.90/week, $2 casual!) just six doors up. The bedroom furniture can be removed if need be. The house is behind a nail salon and there is two units behind us. The outside photos are the only outside areas that are private. There's a small table and chairs there that gets the morning sun. There are other communal outdoor areas including the car park out back. I currently ride a motorcycle and there will be one car space available. The tenants in the apartments are friendly and courteous although there's not much opportunity to test them. I get along really well with them but don't see them much. Although there is only one bathroom, it is outstandingly well appointed (the whole house is) and there is a separate toilet. Inside the main bathroom there is a double rain shower room and large spa that comfortably seats two. There is a tv in there as well. The sauna really is wonderfully effective and yours to use daily if you like. The kitchen is lovely but I'll be honest- not tons of the stone (marble?) bench space. But the oven is an Emilia with a huge gas cooktop and the dishwasher Miele (very quiet). Overall cooking is very enjoyable. The smaller bedroom opens onto the lounge room and is nice but basic. One triple wardrobe and two big windows and measures 3.3 x 3.3m I have a large wooden chest in there that you can use if you like. The larger bedroom is 4.2 x 3.3, has tons of cupboard space, reverse cycle air-con/heating and a working sink inside the room (the landlord is a builder and brought up his kids in this house). Both rooms can be furnished with a queen size bed and mattress, bedside table and lamp. The bedroom furniture can be removed if need be. There's quite a number of organic fruit trees although only the lemon, dual apple and apricot have fruited thus far. Hopefully avocados, cherries, strawberries, peaches, feijoas, dark plums, pears and oranges will follow next season. I will also get a comprehensive vegie garden going. I suppose I've forgotten something.....ask me!
