A modern unit in a quiet location. There are 4 units on the property and this unit is located at the very back. The unit is close to bus stops, UniSA Magill Campus and shopping centres. Walking distance to Morialta Conservation park so thats a bonus if you enjoy hiking. The bedroom is unfurnished and the rest of the house is fully furnished. There is only one carport but I am happy to tandem park. Rent is $142.50/week per person with a 2 week bond. Ideally I am looking for someone who is willing to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
